| 摘 要： | 随着信息化时代对高校科研档案的要求越来越高,高校的科研档案管理工作也越来越重要。它可以避免对某一课题的重复研究,可以积累和保存科研财富,也是做好学校管理工作的一项措施。目前高校科研档案管理存在着一些问题,如科研档案管理意识较弱、工作目标不明确、归档范围界定不清楚、科研档案的开发利用不明显、档案收集条理不清晰、信息化建设较为落后等,针对这些问题,从实践的角度提出有效的管理对策。
