多西环素选择性电极的制备及其性能研究

Abstract:The doxycycline selective electrode prepared by coating the mixture of doxycycline and sodium tetrachenylboron association complex with polyvinyl chloride(PVC) membrane on a glass electrode is reported.The electrode was used for the determination of doxycycline by direct potentionmetry.The result showed that the electrode gave Nernst response to doxycycline over the concertration range of 9.077×10-3~9.077×10-5 mol/L with a slope of 49.24 mV/pc.The electrode showed a high selectivity and a steady-state response.It has been used for the determination of doxycycline in doxycycline capsule,injection and tablet.The procedures of this method are simple.The results obtained agreed with those by UV spectrophotograpy.
