ZnWo_4:C_r~(3+)的吸收光谱研究

摘    要:本文通过对ZnWo_4:Cr~(3+)晶体的光学吸收谱的观测资料的分析,假定C_r~(3+)杂质的有效晶场为八面体结构变形后的D_4~※晶场.采用O_h点群表象准对角型简化强场方案,导出了d~3-D_4~※强场能量矩阵.首次计算了ZnWo_4:C_r~(3+)的自旋允许谱精细结构.理论计算结果与实验吻合较好.

Abstract:By means of a complete configuration interaction strong field matrix for d3-D4(?) and an calculation of the eigenvalues of the strong field matrix was given to the fine structure of the spin -allowed bands of ZnWo4:Cr3+ crystals, The results are in better agreement with experiments.
