微生态制剂的应用及前景

摘    要:20世纪50年代以来,抗生素的广泛应用已成为医药、卫生、农业、畜牧业中不可缺少的产品 但在应用中,抗生素所产生的副作用,耐药性菌株的出现,长期作为动物饲料的添加剂,对动物以及人能产生不良的影响 无抗生素和化学添加剂、又具有保健功能的食品和畜产品已经成为消费者的共同需求 随着科学技术的发展,人们对正常菌群的生理作用和重要性有了进一步的认识 现代科学发现,由于在高度纯洁的条件下,新生儿不能及时从母体获得正常菌群,从而对某些感染和疾病高度敏感,容易患新生儿病,即所谓的高卫生综合症 同样的情况也发生在动物身上 人为接种菌群,如利用健康鸡的肠道内容物或其培养物喂服雏鸡,可明显提高其抵抗能力,有效的控制沙门氏菌感染 随着微生态学的发展,为解决这些问题提供了科学的理论和可行的方法,进而推动了微生态制剂的开发和应用

Abstract:Antibiotic has been widely used since 1950s,and has been playing an important role in medicine industry , sanitatior agriculture and animal husbandary . But during the practice , the side effect and bacteria which are resistant to action of drug caused by antibiotic , and it's long-time being used as additive to animal feed have caused great harm to animal and mankind . So food and animal products without antibiotic , chemical additive but with good usefulness for health are being requested commonly by consumers .With the development of science and technology , people have a knowledge of the physiological use and importance of normal bacteria further.Modern science has discovered that conditiwn under highly-purified, newly-born babies can't gain normal bacteria from matrix in time , thus they became highly-susceptible to some infectior and diseases and easily get newborns trouble which is called highly-sanitation syndrome.This also happens on animals . Vaccinating fungi artificially can improve babies animals' immunity obviously . For example , baby chickens when are feed healthy chickens' substance of inside intestines or their culture substance can get a good effect . Because it can control the infection from Salmonella effectively . The development of micro ecology procides scientific theories and feasible methods for people to solve these problems , and further more it promotes the development and use of micro ecology preparation.
