| 摘 要： | 我国纺织品服装出口屡屡遭遇国外发达国家的技术性贸易壁垒：对技术性贸易壁垒内涵的表述和出口商品遭遇技术性贸易壁垒的成因学术界持有不同观点；导致技术性贸易壁垒的深层原因是社会消费文化差异，充分了解进口国的消费文化特征有利于突破国外技术性贸易壁垒。
