| 摘 要： | 介绍了热喷涂技术的相关概念、工艺过程、喷涂方法、技术特点、涂层与基体的结合以及在机械修复中的典型应用.实践结果表明：涂层成分、喷涂方法、喷涂参数等对涂层性能有直接影响,在机械零件与机械设备的维修方面应用广泛.

| Abstract: | This article presents the concepts related to thermal spraying technology,the technological process,the spraying methods,the technological features,the combination of coating and base,and its typical application in the mechanical repair.The practical results show that the composition of coating,the spraying methods and the thermal spraying parameters have direct effects on the performance of coating.Therefore,the thermal spraying technology can be widely used in the repair of mechanical parts and equipment. |
