换热器两侧性能的最佳匹配关系

摘    要:基于换热器的传热方程和投资费用方程,在单位投资费用换热热流量最大的条件下导出换热器两侧的最佳性能匹配关系式,即最佳投资分配、最佳表面积分配及最佳热阻分配的平方根律.结果表明,由于投资费用的影响,换热器两侧的最佳换热性能匹配并不是等值匹配.因此,采用该规律能避免换热器设计过程中确定换热表面的盲目性

Abstract:An expression for optimal matching of performances on two surfaces of a heat exchanger is derived based on the heat transfer equation and the investment cost equation under the condition of maximum heat flow per unit cost. It is a square root law of optimal investment allocation, optimal surface distribution, and optimal thermal resistance distribution. It is shown by this law that the optimal matching of the heat transfer performances on two surfaces of a heat exchanger is not an equivalent matching owing to the different investment effectiveness between the surfaces. Therefore, the law given will be a good guide to the design determination of the heat transfer surfaces of the heat exchanger.
