鳖免疫防治的研究

摘    要:对鳖免疫接种四联菌苗G后,35-45天产生的抗体效价达最高值,但对各单一菌体的抵抗水平不均,对穿孔病的防治效果十分显著,免疫后饲养2-3个月,患穿孔病鳖仅0.2%,非本地嗜水气单胞菌免疫效果不佳,采用免疫防治,水质管理仍极为重要。

Abstract:to 45 days after tertad bacteria was inoculated on the trionyx Sinensis , the antibody reached its peak. The degree of the antagonism to the four bacterium. It's quite effectual to the hole disease of Trionyx Sinensis . The percentage of the hole disease affected Trionyx Sinensis is 0 2, 2 to 3 months after the inoculation. But the immunization efficiency for the nonlocal Aeromonas hydrophila is poor. The quality government to the ambient water is still important, although the immune inoculation is adopted.
