| 摘 要： | 目的:分散片相对于常规制剂具有许多优点。我们在前人研究对乙酰氨基酚分散片的基础上,借鉴制备其他药物的分散片的研究经验,用性能较好的片剂崩解剂立崩,用析因实验考察对乙酰氨基酚分散片的处方。方法:通过主药(对乙酰氨基酚APAP)与主要辅料(微晶纤维素MCC)混合后稳定性的考察;用析因实验初步进行处方考察。结果:初步选择MCC作为处方的填充剂(稀释剂);立崩的量,PVP K30醇溶液浓度都对药物制剂的质量有影响。

| Abstract: | Objectives:There are a lots of virtue in dispersible tablets compared with compressed tablets and other preparation.We referred investigation experience based on the other researched data for preparing the Acetaminophen dispersible tablets and other style dispersible tablets.The recipe was selected through a good character of disintegrated excipients-LIBENG,and using factorial experiment.Methods:We selected preliminarily to obtain a good recipe according to drug(Acetaminophen,APAP)and main excipients(microcrystalline cellulose,MCC)mixture stability,the result of drug accumulated concentration from dispersible tablets by factorial experiment.Conclusion:MCC were selected as diluent;The quality of dispersible tablet was effected by LIBENG and PVP K_30. |
