摘 要: | 罗氏沼虾的心率随水温的降低而变化,在17℃时只有79次 min,为30℃的1 3;其血清Mg的含量随水温的降低而升高,肌肉中Mg有降低的趋势,但差异不明显。青虾心率在水温从24℃到17℃时,无明显改变;血清Mg随水温的降低而升高,但变化幅度小于罗氏沼虾。

Effect of ambient temperature on heart rate and tissue magnesium concentration between Macrobrachium rosenbergii and macrobrachium nipponese |

Abstract: | The heart rate of Macrobrachiun rosenbergii decreased with the decrease of ambient temperature. The heart rate is 79 times.min-1 at 17℃,only one third that of 30℃.With the decrease of ambient temperature, the serum Mg levels increased significantly, while the Mg concentration of abdominal muscle has a slightly decrease. The heart rate of Macrobrachium nipponese has no significantly changes from the water temperature of 24℃ to 17℃.The concentration of serum Mg increased with the decrease of temperature,but the rates of changes were less than that of M. rosenbergii. |
