扁管连续肋片肋效率的数值分析

摘    要:连续肋扁管换热表面在内燃机车中冷器和散热器中大量采用 ,而其肋效率一直用近似的等效方法计算 ,结果有一定偏差。这里用有限差分法对扁管连续肋片的肋效率进行数值分析 ,讨论了肋片组合参数中不同参量变化时对肋效率的影响 ,给出了扁管顺排和错排对肋效率的影响 ,给出了扁管顺排和错排的肋效率曲线 ,对连续肋扁管换热器的设计有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The heat transfer surface of flat tube banks with continuous fin is widely used in radiators and inter_cooler of diesel locomotives, but its fin efficiency is calculated with approximate method. Thus,some errors arise because of this method. To avoid errors, the fin efficiency is calculated numerically with differential methods. The fin efficiency curves are presented for both staged and serial flat tube fins in this paper. The effects of some parameters on fin efficiency are also discussed. The results are valuable for designing flat tube banks exchanger with continuous fin.
