锅炉抽风机风叶喷涂修复的研究

摘    要:锅炉抽风机由于受粉煤灰冲击而磨损极为严重。为延长其寿命,提高生产效率,本文采用实验手段研究几种耐磨涂层的组成、喷涂工艺及其耐磨机理。结果表明,在已磨损的抽风机风叶表面喷涂一层耐磨涂层,可使报废的风机风叶重新得以利用,而且使用寿命较原来提高4-5倍。

Abstract:The wear of the impeller of boiler blower was very serious owing to its subjecting to the impact of powered coal ashes. In order to prolong its service life and improve the production efficiency,the composition,spraying technique and antifriction mechanism of this abrasion resistant coating were studied via the experimental means in this paper. The results indicate that the antifriction layer sprayed on the surface of the worn impeller of blower can make the rejected impleller be reused and its service life be prolonged 4~5 times as much as the original.
