| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了高校如何培养高水平运动员的一些问题主要有以下几点：首先要有好苗子，它来源于扎实的群体活动，与之建立稳定联系的学校和体育专业队伍；其次是学校要下大力气建立一支高水平的教练员队伍；再之是加大投入，改善训练条件，严格要求，科学管理，充分利用学生的课余时间系统训练．

| Abstract: | This paper presents some points on how to train high-level athletes.First,yotng talents areneeded,who come from sound mass sports activities,colleges and universities and spofts-specializedpersonnel which establish constant relations with them.Second,colleges and universityes shouldmake every effort to train high-level coaches.Third,more investment should be made (it depends onboth colleges and society) to improve training conditions.Last,we should have strict requirementsand scientific adminstration and make foll use of students' spare time for systemahc training. |
