复合型非线性导电聚合物的抗静电作用

摘    要:本文介绍了一种新型抗静电材料。采用特定的工艺条件,在高分子聚合物中添加很少量的导电粉末,获得一种复合型非线性导电聚合物。在低电压下呈绝缘态,在高压下成为静电稳压导体。从非线性电阻的伏安特性出发,讨论了该种材料的抗静电作用,并结合其复合结构讨论了它的导电机理。

Abstract:A new type antistatic material is" introduced in this paper. With certain technology applied, a non-linear V-A characterisitc compound is made of plastics added with a few conductive powder. Under low voltage, it behaves as insulator and when the voltage is above some value, its resistance will reduce abruptly and behaves as a static conductor with a high voltage stability. Its antistatic ability and the non-linear conductive mechanism are also discussed from the characteristics as indicated above.
