摘    要:近些年来 ,零售业国际化持续的增长势头 ,已广泛地引起了人们的注意 .同时 ,零售业是中国加入WTO后开放程度非常高的一个行业 ,其全球化的经营方向势不可挡 .本文首先阐述了零售业全球化的历程 ,简介了东南亚市场的特点 ;然后通过对家乐福超市在这一地区发展的介绍 ,通过对零售业要进行全球化所面临的挑战的分析、总结 ,指出了零售业在全球化的发展过程中 ,应采取的措施、方法 ,可能出现的问题以及发展的趋势

Abstract:Retail internationalization gets more and more attention by its continuously increasing trend.For China,retailing is a very opened industry after the entrance of WTO.Chinese must speed up her process of retail internationalization.At the first of this research,we introduce the process of retail internationalization and the characteristics of Southeast Asian market.And then,research the European retailers'developing process in the Southeast Asian market by studying the Carrefour's developing process in this area is studied and summarizing the difficulties of retail internationalization is sammarived.
