摘    要:针对信号中大量离散谱线且存在较明显的等间距频率成分,运用了谐波校正法,避开单个谱峰的校正问题,一次性地确认减速机各通道的离散频谱,并对所得离散频谱与各齿轮通过频率进行配对以确认谱峰来源.在此基础上,对多工况下的各次测量结果进行综合分析,快速准确地分析出斜轴振动是减速机故障主要根源.

Abstract:In view of multiply discrete spectrums which are equidistant obviously in the signals,the method of Harmonic Correction is applied.Avoiding the correction of single spectrum,the discrete spectrums of each channel at the same time is confirmed with this method,and the passing frequency of gears for identifying the source of discrete spectrums is also compared.Based on a comprehensive analysis of each metering of varying duty,it is identified that the source of vibration is clino-axis rapidly and correctly.
