大学生心理健康的"教学干预策略"

摘    要:高校心理咨询只能解决少数学生的心理问题,大面积的心理预防与心理指导只能借助于心理健康教育;结合学科教学与"心理危机干预理论",提出了大学生心理健康教育的"教学干预"与"教学干预策略"即:人格引导,引领大学生"人格建构";目标激励,激发大学生"自我实现";超越自卑,帮助大学生"建立自信";兴趣切入,促使大学生"快乐学习";体验成功,促成大学生"自主学习";尝试创新,教会大学生"发现学习".从学科教学的角度,将心理能力训练与学科知识学习结合起来,有效地促成大学生的个性与能力协同发展.

Abstract:The university psychology consultation can only solve the minority student's psychological problem.As to the psychological prevention and instruction for the majority,we can only get the suppuration from the psychologically healthy education: Proposing the "teaching intervention" and "teaching intervention strategy" for the university student psychologically healthy education by combining discipline teaching and the "intervention theory of psychology crisis",namely: The personality guidance,to make the university students eagerly anticipates in the"personality establishment";The goal driving,to stimulates the university student fulfill the "self-realization";Surmounting inferiority,to help the university students to establish "self-confidence";The interest guidance,to make the university student to have a "joyful study";Observing and learning from success,to urge the university student "to study independently";The at temptation of innovation,to teach the university student how to study.From the discipline teaching angle,to unify the psychological ability training and the discipline knowledge in order to facilitates university student's individuality and ability coordination to develop more effectively.
