雌激素剂量对动情周期大白鼠子宫及卵巢中明胶酶-A活性的影响

本实验采用ＳＤ大白鼠为实验材料，研究了雌激素与动情周期子宫和卵巢中明胶酶－Ａ活性变化的关系，结果显示：Ｅ２对动情后期子宫及卵巢中激活形式明胶酶－Ａ活性均有促进作用，明胶酶Ａ的活性变化与Ｅ２剂量变化呈正比关系，但卵巢中明胶酶－Ａ活性明显低于子宫。Ｐ４（孕酮）对处于动情前期大鼠子宫中明胶酶－Ａ活性没有显作用，在对动情前期卵巢的作用中虽能看出明显胶酶－Ａ活性随Ｐ４剂量的增加而逐渐下降的趋势，但没有显

THE EFFECTS OF ESTROGEN DOSAGE ON THE ACTIVITY OF GELATINASE -A IN BOTH OF THE OVARY AND UTERUS OF RAT DURING THE ESTROUS CYCLE

This paper deals with the relationship between estrogen and the activity of gelatinase-A of the uterus and ovary of Rat during the estrous cycle. It is shown that E2 (estradiol)promotes the activity of the activated gelatinase-A in both of the uterus and ovary during the late stage of estrus. The change of gelatinase-A activity makes right proportion with the change of the dosage of E2,but the gelatinase-A activity of the ovary is much lower than that of the uterus. P4.(progesterone)has no notable effect on gelatinaseA activity of the uterus of Rat during the early stage of estrus. Although gelatinase-A activity of the ovary is decreased by the increase of the dosage of P4 during this stage,it has no obvious difference. The results indicate that gelatinase-A may.take part in the process of ovulation and embryo location by effecting the secretion of estrogen.
