针对当前企业信息化与管理创新关系认识上存在的分歧 ,本文结合具体案例 ,从BPR思想本质 ,管理外部环境及企业文化建设三方面分析了二者之间的关系 ,认为企业信息化的实质是为提高企业竞争力而进行的更高层次上的管理创新 ,而管理创新则是深入推进企业信息化的根本途径

Research on the Relationship between Enterprise Informatonization and Management Innovation

To the difference that exists on the understanding on the enterprise informationization and management innovation relation at present, this paper combines the concrete case, from BPR thought essence, the external management environment condition and enterprise culture construction, analyzes in depth two relationship between them. The conclusion is that the essence of the enterprise informationization is the management innovation on higher level that is carried on for improving the enterprise competitiveness,and as return, the management innovation is an essential requirement and a basic way to improve information construction.
