摘    要:将选择性激光烧结(selective laser sintering,SLS)和冷等静压(cold isostatic pressing,CIP)结合,快速制造复杂零件.采用修正的Cam-Clay模型,用ABAQUS软件实现了长方体和齿轮的SLS制件CIP过程的数值模拟,得到相对密度与压力的关系,预测了SLS制件CIP后的结构和尺寸.与试验对比表明:长方体Z向的收缩率误差比较大(34.9%),齿轮齿根处尺寸误差比较大(-47.97%).为复杂制件结构设计和压力选取提供了依据,并为SLS/CIP成形提供了有效的指导.

Abstract:Combined selective laser sintering with cold isostatic pressing to achieve complicated parts.Simulation of CIP of brick and gear after SLS achieved the relationship between relative densities with pressure and predicted the dimensions using modified Cam-Clay model and ABAQUS software.Comparing with experimental results,it was found that brick had greater error rate in Z direction(34.9%);gear in hole(-47.97%).Simulations provide the basis for the structure design and choose of pressure and effective guidance for SLS/CIP.
