全静电摄像管聚焦偏转系统的正交设计

摘    要:采用图案电极的静电聚焦静电偏转(SS型)摄像管具有功耗低、扫描频率可变、分辨率高、体积小和重量轻等优点。该文采用计算机辅助设计,分析、讨论了改进型单透镜式(三电极结构)全静电摄像管的结构参量、电参量对电子束的聚焦偏转特性的影响,并应用正交设计法对聚焦偏转系统进行了正交优化设计,给出了该系统的结构参数。

Abstract:All-electrostatic SS type camera tube is characterized by its lowexpense of power, variable scan frequency, high resolution, small size andlight weight. In this paper CAD is used to discuss the influence of the configu-rational and electrical parameters of an all-electrostatic camera tube with threeelectrodes on the focusing and deflecting properties of electron beams. The or-thogonal design method is used to carry out optimum design of the focusingand deflecting system, and the configurational parameters of the system aregiven.
