| 摘 要： | 主要描述一个支持群体协同工作的科技期刊协同编辑系统。该系统基于Lotus Notes开放式信息共享平台,采用利于向协同编辑方式过渡的双服务器结构;系统具有包括良好的兼容和过渡性能、多媒体通信、友好的用户界面、详尽的记录、多种角色权限、专有数据库、公共学术讨论区和专有讨论区、协同编辑工作流、电子邮件（E-mail）服务及网络安全的多种功能与特点。

| Abstract: | A cooperative editing system of sci-tech journal(ST-CoEditor) supporting cooperative work for group and its design and application are mainly presented. Based on Loutus Notes, a shared open information platform, the system uses the double servers "Lotus Notes" and "Windows NT" which make a smooth transition from present working system to cooperative editing. It provides some functions and properties: better compatibility and transition, multimedia communication, friendly interactive interfaces, detailed historical record, multi-user limitation, special database, common and special discussion area, workflow for cooperative editing, E-mail server and net safety. |
