| 摘 要： | "教授治校"就是以教授为主体和主导来治理大学.这个理念,来源于西方大学,普及于美欧等国大学,在我国历史上也曾得到切实的贯彻落实,实践证明是治理大学的一个重要思想.但是,长期以来,人们对在中国现代大学中如何具体实践"西方式"的"教授治校"理念的问题还存在不少分歧,典型的有"可以照搬使用、不能拿来使用、可以改造使用"三种观点.对此有必要以生态的、现实的、历史的方法,冷静深入地分析之、理解之、借鉴之.
