摘    要:溢流式染色机由投布、加药、升温染色、降温固色和漂洗等多道工序组成 ,每种染色工艺分别配有不同的温度控制曲线 (程式 ) ,由监控站根据工艺要求指定每台染色机执行对应的染色程式1] 。为确保染色程式的集中发布和准确执行 ,系统采用基于现场总线 Profibus- DP的可编程Wago I/O模块系统构成控制网络 ,将控制延伸至生产设备。实践表明提高了系统的可靠性和互换性 ,过程数据可开放、透明地传至企业信息系统。

Abstract:The process of spilled dye vat includes cloth putting, dye stuff adding, dye liquor heating and cooling, and rinsing. Each dye vat has to follow its temperature control curve or dyeing formula which will be chosen by a monitoring computer. Programmable Wago I/O system based on profibus DP is used to constitute control networks which transfer control signals to any devices, so that dyeing formula will be centrally issued and properly executed. It has been demonstrated that the system is reliable and exchangeable, and the process data can be openly and transparently transferred to the enterprise information system.
