| Abstract: | The formation of human capital in enterprises mainly includes the introduction of qualified personnel,in-service training and learning by doing.The relationship between human capital flow and stock is analyzed by a mathematical method and a mathematical model and the use of marginal rate for research on the human capital formation process in enterprise. |
