摘    要:企业人力资本形成的主要方式包括人才引进、在职培训、干中学等。可采用数理方法,建立数学模型,运用边际变化率来分析企业人力资本流量与存量之间的关系,研究企业人力资本形成的过程。

Abstract:The formation of human capital in enterprises mainly includes the introduction of qualified personnel,in-service training and learning by doing.The relationship between human capital flow and stock is analyzed by a mathematical method and a mathematical model and the use of marginal rate for research on the human capital formation process in enterprise.
