民间组织与中国共产党社会资源的开发

民间组织是中国共产党社会资源开发的重要对象。当前民间组织与中国共产党之间还存在很多不协调的地方。一方面,随着民间组织的发展,其对中国共产党社会资源开发的冲击效应开始显现,另一方面,中国共产党对民间组织的认识、政策、管理体制,与民间组织的发展还有不相适应的地方。它要求中国共产党采取有效措施促进民间组织的发展,同时也对民间组织的发展进行一定的引导,以规避民间组织发展给党社会资源开发带来的负面效应,从而形成民间组织的发展与中国共产党社会资源开发的共振效应。

Non-governmental Organizations and Development of the Social Resources of the Chinese Communist Party

Non-governmental organization is an important social resource for the Chinese Communist Party.Currently there are many inconsistencies between the non-governmental organizations and the Communist Party.On the one hand,with the development of civil society organizations,they begin to appear knock-on effects on the social resources of the Chinese Communist Party;on the other hand,there are many incompatible places in the Chinese Communist Party＇s understanding,policy and management system of civil society organizations.It calls for the Chinese Communist Party to take effective measures to promote the development of civil society organizations and steer the development of civil society organizations to avoid the negative effects of development of the non-governmental organizations.The purpose is to achieve a dual effect for the development of the Chinese Communist Party and non-governmental organizations.
