基于神经网络的细小液体管道堵塞预测模型

摘    要:在分析反映管道堵塞工艺参数的基础上,提出了一种基于BP神经网络的细小液体管道预测方法,通过收集管道堵塞时的各种工艺参数,建立预测模型。仿真结果表明,模型预测结果与实际堵塞结果非常吻合,并能成功用于实际的细小管道的堵塞预测。

Abstract:The blockage of fluide pipeline during the machine of tablet coating is very common and the consequence of blockage is very serious.Before,the method of dealing with the blockage is checking by man regular time.But the effect of the method is very low.A back propagation neural network prediction model was presented to predict the blockage of small fluid pipeline by collecting the parameters when the pipeline was blocked,and its simulation experiment was given.The simulative results show that the prediction results of the model is in accordance with the practical results very well,and the prediction model can predict the blockage of small pipeline successfully.
