摘    要:跳远助跑踏板技术是跳远技术的关键 ,通过对我国一二级跳远运动员最佳跳远成绩的助跑踏板动作的拍摄 ,获取其助跑距离、步频和步幅指标 ,按照这三项指标通过多媒体音频模拟信号 (助跑节奏声 )的方法 ,以提高运动员助跑的节奏感和踏跳上板的准确性 ,并与对照组进行比较研究 ,结果发现实验组取得了较好的训练效果 .

Abstract:The run-up footboard technology of the long-jump is the key of the long-jump technology. By shooting the movements of our country's first-rate long-jumpers when they got the best achievement, we get the indexes of their run-up distance, footstep frequency and stride. The maltimedia andio-frequency analog signals(sound of run-up rhythm) are made use of according to these three indexes in order to improve athletes' run-up rhythm and accuracy of listening on board of run-up. Compared with control groups, the experimental group achieved better training results.
