基于数据融合技术的井下自动化排水系统的设计与应用

摘    要:通化矿务局八宝煤业属高瓦斯矿井,采用水采方式进行采掘,加之地下自然涌水,因此井下出水量大,井下自动化排水系统的应用显得尤其重要。针对八宝煤业井下排水情况,本文以实际应用为出发点,采用先进的PLC控制核心,配合各类精确传感器的数据融合技术,对井下涌水和排水系统运行状况进行精确地实时监控。实现井下排水系统无人值守,完成了八宝煤业井下排水系统的自动化改造。

Abstract:Tonghua Bureau of Mines coal Babao belongs to high gas mine,the way of mining production is using water.Application of the automatic drainage system underground is especially important,because of the underground natural water and underground water is particularly much.Based on the actual application as the starting point for Babao coal mine drainage situation,using PLC control core advanced with all kinds of precise sensor data fusion technology to real--time monitoring the running situation of underground water inrush accurately and drainage system.Implementation of underground drainage system for uuattended,complete automation Babao coal mine drainage system.
