Characteristics of flora from Zawan, Qimen county, Anhui Province

There are 983 species (including varieties and forms)of Vascular plant in Zawan, Qimen County, Anhui Province, which belong to 505 genera and 146 families. According to the analysis of the geographic distribution of 460 genera (including 14 distribution types) of seed plant, there are 188 genera of tropical distribution type an 45.3% of the total genera, 227 genera of temperate and subtropical distribution type and 54.7% of the total genera. By the analysis of species elements, there are 78.5% of the total species which belong to East Asia and Endemic to Chinea elements. Eest Asia (Mainly Sino Japan)elements are 32.2%. of the total species, Endemic to china clements are 46.3% of the total species. The analysis of seed plant flora elements shows that here is typically a middle suptropical region. The element analysis of fern is similar to that of seed plant.
