| 摘 要： | 提出一种利用ISA2006时间和流量日志记录系统，可以计算出网络使用时间、流量费用，并给出软件的具体实现。完善了ISA2006计费功能。运行结果证明该系统切实可行。

| Abstract: | A method to make the time and Logs based on ISA2006 is put forward,which can work out the time and netflows and so to improve the ISA2006 function.The software is given here and results show the method is effective. |
