| Abstract: | Both the internal and external factors lead to the difficulty in undergraduates' employment.In order to tackle the knotty problem,undergraduates are suggested to build competitive awareness,transform their values of employment,and have a good commend of job hunting skills in advance.The paper also gives measures to be taken on the part of the colleges. |
