齿轮传动模糊可靠性研究

摘    要:本文在可靠性设计的基础上,即通过分析齿轮应力和强度随机变量及其分布,应用模糊论方法建立起齿轮强度模糊可靠性设计模型,并导出了设计公式。解决了“应力大约为某值”的齿轮模糊失效概率和可靠度计算问题。本文提供的方法,可以充分利用现有设计资料,数据,较方便地解决带有模糊信息的齿轮可靠性设计问题。并可通过调整隶属函数和控制阀值λ,以适应不同的齿轮工况条件,这完全符合人的设计思想和齿轮设计规律。

Abstract:On the basis of the reliability design, the paper sets up the fuzzy reliability design model on the gear strength through analysing the gear stress and stregth distribution and applying the fuzzy method, deduces the design formulation. It has solved the calculating question of gear fuzzy failure probabiliby and its reliability, when the stress is of some values. The method given in the paper will be-esily used in the reliabiliby desigin of gear with fuzzy information by means by means of the active design information and data. It will also be fit for different work condition of gear,through adjusting the subordinate function and controlling the threshold value X. It will be in keeping with man' s design thought and gear' s design rule.
