| 摘 要： | 教师威信是一种客观的心理现象。教师职业道德是教师的行为准则,是衡量教师言行正确与否的标准,该文旨在通过对教师威信和师德修养进行探索和分析,以增强高校青年教师师德修养的自觉性,从而使其快速适应现代教育工作的要求。

| Abstract: | Teacher’s prestige is a kind of objective psychological phenomena. The teacher’s professional ethics is the teacher’s codes of conduct, the correct standard or not of teacher’s words and deeds. This paper, through exploring and analyzing teacher’s prestige and training of ethics of the teaching profession, strengthen the consciousness of training of young teacher’s ethics of the teaching profession in the university, make them meet the needs of modern educational work fast. |
