混响室和GTEM室中单极子感应电流相关性仿真

摘    要:为了研究混响室和GTEM室电磁辐射敏感度测试的相关性,采用电磁仿真软件FEKO分别建立混响室和GTEM室的物理模型,在混响室和GTEM室共同的工作频带(80 MHz~1 GHz范围)内选取8个频点(80,150,200,300,400,500,600,700 MHz),在每个频点,对放入混响室和GTEM室的电小尺寸单极子天线上的感应电流和其所在位置的电场强度分别进行计算,对计算所得数据进行统计分析,结果表明:混响室和GTEM室中单极子归一化感应电流最大值的相关性最好,平均值的相关性次之,最小值的相关性最差。

Abstract:In order to study the correlation of the electromagnetic radiation susceptibility test in a reverberation chamber and a GTEM cell.The physical model of a reverberation chamber and a GTEM cell is established separately by using the electromagnetic simulation software FEKO.Eight frequencies(80,150,200,300,400,500,600,700 MHz) are chosen in the common work frequency band(range of 80 MHz to 1 GHz) of the reverberation chamber and the GTEM cell.At each frequency the induced current on the electrically small monopole antenna which is put in the reverberation chamber and the GTEM cell is calculated.The electric field strength in the relevant position is also calculated at the same time.The data are statistically analyzed.It is concluded that the correlation of the maximum of the normalized induced current on the monopole in the reverberation chamber and the GTEM cell is the best,the correlation of the average value is better,and the correlation of the minimum is the worst.
