| 摘 要： | 平均官能度是影响醇酸树脂配方设计的重要参数。丙烯酸预聚物改性醇酸树脂的配方中，只有丙烯酸预聚物的官能度是未知参数。通过ＩＲ光谱、ＧＰＣ分析以及化学滴定法能估算出预聚物的官能度。利用测定的官能度对醇酸树脂涂料进行配方设计，可以提高设计的可靠性。

| Abstract: | The average function degree is an important parameter to design the formulation of the alkyd resins. If the acrylic prepolymer is used to modify the alkyd resins, only the function degree of the prepolymer is an unknown parameter. By using chemical analysis, IR spectrum and GPC analysis, the function degree of the prepolymer can be calculated. The experiment reliabilities can be improved with the help of the calculated data. |
