摘    要:实验手段,特别是光测技术,在解决航空领域的某些特殊问题中起很重要的作用.用云纹干涉法测量了残余应力分布,并由此确定增加疲劳寿命的工艺参数.用投影栅线法和数据拼接,测量了航空发动机燃烧室大型部件的三维形状,为数字加工提供了基本数据.发展了测量残余应变的数字散斑相关技术,并研究了残余应变与疲劳循环次数的相关性,为剩余寿命估计提供了依据.

Abstract:Several applications of photomechanics in aviation were introduced.Moire interferometry was applied to measure residual stress distribution;3D topography of the transition part of an airplane engine combustion chamber was detected by grating projected and data combination method;the correlation of residual strain at the side of the hole and fatigue life cycle was researched by digital speckle correlation technique.
