煤矿井下清洁开采技术

摘    要:采矿对环境的破坏和污染与矿井开采技术有直接的关系,对采矿过程中产生的“三废”,即废矸石、废水及粉尘、噪声等采取相应的治理措施;如全煤巷开拓方式、采区巷道全煤化、减少煤岩开采过程中混矸石量;采煤机径向雾屏降尘、溜煤眼粉尘的控制、凿岩时粉尘的治理、爆破时粉尘的控制;井下废水的处理;井下废水的净化;噪声控制等采取相应的治理措施,实现清洁开采,保护生态环境和井下生产的安全,以保持能源生产、消费和生态之间的平衡。

Abstract:Environment destruction and pollution are directly connected with mining technology. Corresponding havnessing measures have been taken for "three wastes" during mining in the paper , that is, havnessing waste rock, water, gas and powder dust and noise. For example, all coal roadway development fashion, all coal roadway in mining district, decreasing waste rock during mining; mine-machine radial falling dust with water mist, controlling powder dust in coal hole, havnessing powder dust while cutting rock, controlling powder dust during explosion; treating waste water in mine, cleaning waste water, controlling nocse. realizing clean mining, protecting ecological environment and safe work in mine to keep the balance of energy resources production, consumption and ecology.
