5L发酵罐生产鼠李糖的试验研究

摘    要:采用从铜绿假单孢菌选育出的一菌株进行5L发酵罐发酵生产鼠李糖的试验,确定了鼠李糖产量与菌体生长状况之间的关系,在菌体生产的稳定期和菌体自溶阶段鼠李糖产量均大幅度上升,最高的鼠李糖含量的12.58g/L,发酵过程中发酵液的pH值变化范围为6.5~6.0。研究结果表明,搅拌转速对菌体生长和鼠李糖产量有较大的影响,搅拌转速为600r/min时鼠李糖产量比搅拌转速为400r/min时提高约50%。

Abstract:A mutant stain from %Pseudomonas sp.% was used to produce rhamnose in a 5 L fermentor. The result showed that the yield of rhamnose was greatly increased in the stable and self digestion phases, and the yield of rhamnose reached 12.58 g/L. The pH of fermenting broth was changed from 6.5 to 6.0. The growth of cell and the yield of rhamnose could be significantly affected by the speed of the stirrer. The yield of rhamnose at 600 r/min was about 50% more than that at 400 r/min.
