| 摘 要： | 中国人民银行于2002年2月21日宣布下调利率，其中存款利率平均下调0．25个百分点，贷款利率平均下调0．5个百分点。其目的在于鼓励消费、拉动内需，为中国的经济增长提供动力。但我国利率扛杆作用的发挥受到很多因素的制约，历史数据已经表明，降息要取得预期效果，必须有其他政策的配合。

| Abstract: | People' s bank of China announced to lower interest on 21st, Feb, this year. The average of deposit rate lowers 0. 25% and the loan interest rate lower 0. 5%. The purpose is to encourage consumption and broaden internal needs, provide power for growth of China economy. But the rectifications of interest have been restricted by many factors. History data shows that lowering interest will not achieve expected goals unless the policy coordinates. |
