中国健康中老年人血沉参考值（温氏法）与地理因素的多元回归分析

为制定中国健康中老年人血沉参考值（温氏法）的统一标准提供科学依据，本文收集了中国各地测定的健康中老年人血沉参考值（温氏法），并对其与地理因素的关系进行了研究，发现海拔高度是影响健康中老年人血沉参考值（温氏法）最主要的因素，随着海拔高度的逐渐增大，健康中老年人血沉参考值（温氏法）在逐渐的减小，相关性很显著。用多元回归分析的方法推导出了二个回归方程。如果知道了中国某地的地理因素，就可以用这二个回归方程估算这个地区的健康中老年人血沉参考值（温氏法）．依据健康中老年人血沉参考值（温氏法）与地理因素的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区，西南区，西北区，东南区，华北区，东北区等６个区．

Multivariate Regression Analysis between the Reference Values ( Wintrobe ) of Chinese Healthy Adult and Old People's Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate ( ESR ) and the Geographical Factors

In order to supply a basis for uniting the reference value(wintrobe) standard of Chinese healthy adult and old people's ESR,a research is made about relationship between the reference valuse (wintrobe)of Chinese adult and old people's ESR and five geographical factors,which are determined by the way of wintrobe lows.It is found that the altitude is the main factor affecting the reference valuse (wintrobe)of Chinese healthy adult and old people's ESR.As the altitude increase gradually,the refer- ence valuse(wintrobe)of Chinese healthy adult and old people's ESR decrease gradually,and the corre- lation is quite obvious.Applying the method of mathematical regression analysis,we obtain two regression equations.If the geographical index valuse are obtained in some area,the reference valuse (wintrobe)of Chinese healthy adult and old people's ESR of this area can be reckoned by using regression equations. Furthermore,according to the similarity of the refrence values(wintrobe)of Chinese healthy adult and old people's ESR,taking the altitude as the main dividing basis and considering the effects of other geo- graphical factors and population distribution,we can divide China into six regions:Qingzang,Southwest, Northwest,Southeast,North and Northeast region.
