| 摘 要： | 提出人口失衡风险预警的工作流程，构建人口失衡风险预警指标体系，并设置相应指标的预警阈值．在此基础上，应用支持向量机技术，以LibSVM软件包为平台建立人口失衡风险预警模型，并以广西2005—2010年数据为样本，对风险预警模型进行实例验证．研究结果表明，广西近年人口失衡风险已达中警等级．

| Abstract: | Today, the problem of population unbalance looms large in China. Implementing the popu- lation unbalance risk early-warning will help prevent and control the risk. This paper introduces a workflow of the population unbalance risk early-warning, describes an index system for early-warning and sets the ra- tional threshold value correspondingly. On these bases, a population unbalance risk early warning model is built using libSVM software as platform which is an application of support vector machine technology. Then the model is verified by using the sample data of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region during 2005-2010. The results show that the population unbalance risk of Guangxi reaches medium warning level in recent years. |
