北岳恒山低碳旅游发展研究

发展低碳旅游，既是低碳经济发展的必然要求，也是大同产业实行转型升级的良好机遇．文章从低碳旅游的概念人手，分析了恒山发展低碳旅游的必要性与可行性以及面临的挑战．要实现恒山旅游业可持续发展，本文认为应从以下几个方面着手：尽快理顺旅游管理体制，制定相关法规制度和优惠政策，旅游企业经营低碳化，提高服务质量，开展低碳旅游活动项目．

The Study on Low-carbon Tourism Development in BeiYue Hengshan

Developing the low carbon tourism is the inevitable opment, is also a good opportunity to realize the transformation and requirement of the low carbon economy developgrade of tourism. In this paper we summarize the concept of low-carbon tourism, analysie the necessity, feasibility and the challenge of Hengshan＇s low-carbon tourism development. In order to realize Hengshan＇s tourism sustainable development, some relevant countermeas- ures are proposed：such as straightening out tourism management system as soon as possible, formulating relevant laws and regulations and preferential policies, to operating low-carbon of tourism enterprise, to improving the service quality, and carrying out low-carbon tourism events.
