| 摘 要： | 低碳旅游是在全球气候变化的背景下，对旅游产业提出的一种新的旅游模式，它是实现旅游业可持续发展的重要手段．本文在分析静乐县旅游资源的基础上，构建了静乐县低碳旅游发展和运行模式，为静乐县旅游业可持续发展提供科学依据．

| Abstract: | In the background of global climate change, low-carbon tourism, a new pattern in tourism industry, is an important means of the sustainable development. By analysing the tourism resources in Jingle, the modes of development and operation for low-carbon are builded, and the scientific basis of sustainable development for tourism in Jingle is provided. |
