基于工学结合的高职教学管理改革的实践与思考

科学、健全的教学管理制度体系是高职院校实现自我发展、自我管理、自我约束良性机制的基础,更是高职院校教学质量提高的保障.近年来,校企、合作工学结合的人才培养模式被作为我国高职教育改革的方向.这种教育模式下的教学管理或多或少出现一些不适应.文章分析了＂工学结合＂人才培养模式对教学管理的新要求,以及当前教学管理制度存在的不适,并从＂职业性＂、＂服务性＂、＂科学性＂和＂学生本位＂等方面提出了教学管理制度改革的措施.

Teaching Management Research to Engineering Combined with the Practice

Establish a scientific and healthiness teaching system of vocational colleges is the foundation to achieve self-development,self-management,self-restraint benign mechanism,but also improve the protection of Teaching Quality.In recent years,school-enterprise cooperation in engineering combined with the talent cultivation mode as the direction of reform of the Higher Vocational Education.Teaching management in the mode of this kind of education or less have to adapt.This paper analyzes the current teaching of the ＂Combination＂ personnel training to the new requirements of the mode of teaching management,and the discomfort of the management system.From the aspect of ＂professional＂,＂scientific＂ and ＂student centered＂,the author put forward the recommendations of the teaching reform measures.
