施釉机器人机构参数优化设计

摘    要:针对一种手把手示教的施釉机器人进行机构参数优化设计。分析了在给定工作空间下的设计变量、优化目标和约束条件,建立了约束方程。根据作业对象和要求,利用Matlab进行编程,实现了机器人机构参数优化。

Abstract:The optimization design of the mechanism parameter is carried out for a kind of hands-on teaching-type glazing robot. The design varables.the optimized objectives and constraint conditions are analyzed in the given work-space, and the constraint equation is established. According to the different objects and requirements, the mechanism parameters optimization of the robot is realized by the means of the software of the Matlab.
