软接触电磁连铸结晶器传热行为研究现状

摘    要:软接触电磁连铸是一项提高铸坯表面质量的新技术。从结晶器内钢液传热的过程综合论述了软接触结晶器的传热机理,并分析了结晶器内温度场影响因素的研究现状。最后指出了在结晶器传热过程中,以往的研究所没有涉及的方面。

Abstract:Soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting is a new technology to improve the surface quality of bil-let. The soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting mold heat transfer mechanism was discussed through the molten steel heat transfer process in the mold in this paper, and research status of influencing factors of temperature field in the mold were analyzed. The aspect that previous studies have not designed in the heat transfer process has been pointed out in the last.
