摘    要:利用电子显微镜、金相显微镜、能谱分析,对IF钢铸坯中夹杂物分布、数量和种类进行详细分析。结果表明:薄板坯内平均显微夹杂数量为46个/mm2,其中粒度小于10μm的显微夹杂物占80%左右。在铸坯中心区域夹杂物形成聚集,铸坯表面层夹杂物含量较少。大型夹杂物含量为39.25 mg/10kg,粒度大于300μm的夹杂物约为50%。夹杂物主要来源于结晶器卷渣,脱氧产物和中包覆盖剂。

Abstract:Inclusion type, shape,dimension and distribution in the thin slab of IF steel have been studied with the help of metallographic observation, SEM and EDS analysis. The results show that the average of inclusion amount is 46 mm^-2. The micro-inclusion whose diameter is less than 10μm accounts for about 80%. There is more inclusion in the center area than in the surface area of the slab. The macro inclusion content is 39.25 mg/10kg. The inclu-sions whose diameter is more than 300μm account for about 50%. The inclusions mainly come from mould fluxes, deoxidation products, tundish covering flux.
