矩形坯浸入式水口优化的物理模拟

摘    要:通过水模实验优化水口结构形式和工艺参数,解决某钢厂150 mm×330 mm矩形坯连铸机在生产中出现的高温区下移,夹杂物上浮困难等问题。优化范围包括水口的浸入深度、侧开孔倾角及拉速。不同的水口形式对流场有不同的影响,目前使用的直通型水口正是造成生产中出现问题的症结所在。通过实验优化出适合150 mm×330 mm矩形坯的侧开孔水口为侧开孔倾角25°,最佳浸入深度为115 mm,适宜拉速为1.2 m.min-1。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of slag inclusion, bulging and tangular bloom in a steel work, the structure forms of submerged nozzl sticker breakout on the 150mm × 330mm rec- e and processing parameters are optimized by means of simulating experiment. The optimization of parameter includes submerged depth of the nozzle, tilted angle of the nozzle port, and casting speed. The results of the simulation experiment show that various nozzle parameters have different effect on the fluid flow behaviour. The single outlet SEN used at present is the sticking point of prob-lem in production process. SEN is 25 °, the immersion depth of adapted to 150mm × 330mm rectangular bloom are optimized, the side opening angle nozzle is 115mm,the suitable drawing speed is 1.2 m ·min^-1.
