不同种类蔬菜中黄酮类成分的含量分布

摘    要:蔬菜中合有多种有效成分,其中总黄酮化合物是一大类对人体起到较大药理作用的物质,如护肤美容、抗衰老、抑茵、抗氧化等。迄今为止文献报道出大概五十种蔬菜中存在黄酮类成分。总结了其以主要活性成分芹菜素、木犀草素在不同种类蔬菜中的含量分布,为蔬菜的合理利用提供依据。

Abstract:A variety of active ingredients are in vegetables. Flavonoids is one of the compounds which play a greater pharmacological effect on the human bady, such as skin care beauty, anti-aging, antibacterial, antioxidant, etc. So far,in the literature there are about fifty kinds of vegetables which contain flavones was reported. Concent distribu-uon ot the mare active mgredtents Apigenin Luteolin in dtlterent types ot vegetables are summartzed,and that pro-vides a basis for the rational use of vegetables.
